COTT Coaching was created to provide expert, science-based golf fitness coaching to golfers who want to hit the ball farther, move better, and play the game longer. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science and years of experience in the golf industry alongside PGA professionals, I developed a coaching system aimed at improving physical aspects of golf performance.
My approach combines a structured, personalised programme with clear guidance, ongoing communication, and modern coaching methods that fit into a busy lifestyle. Whether you train at home, in the gym, or with us at our training facilities, you'll have access to a dedicated training app, one-on-one support, and a coaching community that helps you progress week after week.
Through continued research and hands-on coaching, I create strength and conditioning programmes that focus on the key factors for better golf: speed, power, movement quality, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
