While traditional sessions can range from £40 to £100 per session for top personal trainers with on average 8-12 sessions per month, our online training provides ongoing guidance at a fraction of the cost.

With our online coaching, you'll recieve comprehensive programme documents, including tracking tools, visual graphics and in-depth explanations for all prescribed exercises. Unlike typical in-person sessions, where the trainer often leads without providing the full training picture, our clients have a complete understanding of their training plan from start to finish.

Our programmes are designed to high-athlete standards - detailed, specific and tailored to you. The results from assessments and testing inform every aspect of your plan, ensuring it is suited to your goals. Although you may not be prescribed to train like an elite athlete, the attention to detail in our programmes are suitable for the elite athlete.

Though there is no in-person support in the gym environment, online coaching makes up for it with frequent contact. You'll have constant access to your coach via message, with weekly check-ins to review technique & form and make adjustments using video analysis. This method works particularly well for those comfortable taking coach feedback and applying it on their own in a gym / training environment.
